JavaScript Errors Notifier - Identify JavaScript errors with minimal disruption
JavaScript Errors Notifier is a browser extension for Chrome developed by Robert Castles. This free add-on tool identifies JavaScript errors with minimal disruption by providing a configurable pop-up icon and toolbar icon.
The extension comes with several new features, including support for 'include domains' list, an option for notification icon opacity, the ability to ignore console.errors, and a configurable notification icon size. It also offers a higher resolution icon, a reset options to default button, and provides links to open and recently closed issues on GitHub.
As a developer and tester, I find the JavaScript Errors Notifier extremely helpful in finding JavaScript errors in the apps I develop before they reach my clients. The configurable options for notifications, ease of copying error details, and unobtrusiveness are crucial to my workflow. This extension is a reworking and republishing of the original JavaScript Errors Notifier, which was delisted from the Chrome Web Store and no longer supported.
